But not what you expected. I admit, I work at a Burger King. Im a shift manager there... So we had this guy come in yesterday afternoon, he orders a Whopper meal, with cheese, customized to hell...he also orders a Whopper Jr w/cheese, same way. He waits a few minutes, and the food is ready. He opens up the Whopper and points out there is no cheese. I apologize for it, and tell the people in the kitchen to try it again... I take the old burger and go to toss it out, per SOP. He offers to buy the burger for another dollar, I tell him sorry, we have to dispose of it... The guy flips. Seriously, he is pissed. He tells me to forget the whole order then, to just give him a refund. At this point me and the 2 other people behind the counter are  .So I process the chargeback on his card, and he just yells at us that the store manager needs to learn to negotiate, then runs off... We were like WTF?! So ends my amazing story... Low scores, I know....no profanity... |
Exactly. If this is allowed, all I have to do to get a $1 Whopper is insist that they screwed up my order, then offer to buy the screwed up order for $1. |

| Had a lady in the BK drive thru in front of me drive off without the second bag of food. I asked the window person if we could have since they were going to dx it anyway. She gave it to us. Loaded with whoppers. We gave them to our privates who just came in from the washrack. |
