For years I have kept a wall calender handy to write down  events , happenings and special occasions , I would even write down details as space permitted . lately I have switched to a journal / diary type and have been very happy with the results . I try to note special things/ thoughts about every day . Anybody else do this and what do you concentrate on including ie thopughts , details etc .  I know that this could  be used against me if it came to that but I find it comforting and helpful .

I think my mom gave me a diary in elementary school. I found it in college when cleaning. I wrote down what was on Star Trek every day and then usually wrote that I played with the dog and school sucked I think I stuck with it for three weeks

I was kind of alarmed at how interested I was in Star Trek. Thank God I developed different interests in puberty or I'd have a wall full of phasers and klingon dueling knives.

My wife has started a blog. It's nice for the Grandparents to keep up with the kids, but my family's OPSEC is hosed.
