I am booking a flight to Atlanta from Miami and have a indoor cat. Shes your typical 1.5 year old cat. I am going to be working up north for a few months and the best way is to take her with me. To have her fly in the belly of the plane cost more than my personal ticket. I can carry her on board for a fee of $100 but has to be in a container of 23"lx9"hx13"w. I have all that but the height. I am 1.2 inches to high. Is this going to pose a problem? Has anyone flown with animals before? |

If it's a soft carrier you are all set as it will squish to fit under the seat. If it's a hard carrier go get thee a soft carrier and be done with it. Get a harness (not a collar) and a leash, too in case you need to get kitty out at any time. You don't want it running away from you in public. I hope it's not a howler! |
