Anybody out there know where I can get the blueprints for hole location and cuts on the lower receiver for AR's? Done did the BATF red green and blue tape.

Silly, you dont need blueprints. AR's come with all the holes and cuts in 'em.At least mine did.
I didnt have to cut or drill nothing. It work right out of the box.
