hows it going guys. i just bought an armalite m15 it has 8 inch handguards on it and i want to put one picatinny rail on the buttom for a tact light and veritcal grip and i have heard they make such a thing that screws into the holes of your hand guard. the problem is i cannot find one of those things anywere. can anybody here help me out in finding some. thank you for your time and copperation.

First, you'll get a better response in the proper forum AR15 forum

Second, the rails that attach to plastic handguards suck. Save up and get a free float rail. Scroll down for instructions on how to install it Build it yourself forum

They are out there.. do a search on google for them.

In the past I have used one from an H&R handi rifle when i was in a pinch.

It worked though.

The plastic handguards not a good platform for rails since they tend to move around alot.  I tried it once but my vertical foregrip moved so much I ripped it all off and bought a Daniel Defense Omega rail.  In a few minutes I had a badass set of rails that were rock solid and great for attaching anything.
