Im pretty sure I can, but wanted another opinion.

I have run synthetic in my car since I had it, will anything be hurt if I switch to conventional?

Figured Id get a quicker response here.

Absolutely not.

Walmart has Motocraft 5w20 & 5w30 synthetic blend (Hydrocracked) for about 2.50 qt, considered a "best buy"

Just out of curiosity, why give up on synthetic?
