I have shot a lot of Federal American Eagle brand 230 gr. FMJ, and have been very pleased with it.

I shot 500rds out of my Glock 30 with it without any malfunctions. I bought it from ammoman.

i also like the federal.
i have used the speer lawman and it also shoots fine, but it coats my firearms with residue. |

Yes very good! But expensive! I like my S&B $135.00 per thousand much better!
