LA doesn't deserve full credit for it's own fucked up air. The Chinese are somewhat responsible. A lot of pollution gets blown cross the ocean into the Western US.

Actually it has...in India. In their biggest cities outdoor air quality has gone up quite a bit, even though the number of cars on the road has quadrupled.
