Gents, I bought some garands from the CMP almost 2 years ago. I was planning on going to the south store tomarrow, do I have to go through the certification process again or can I just show up and buy?

I remember something about being good to go for up to 3 years.

As long as your club membership is current you would be good to go. Your notary form is good for 3 years but they have them there if that is expired, and it can be done again on site.

Do i need to take all my documents with me? the reason I ask is that I dont have all that stuff with me right now. I'm just home on R&R and wanted to buzz over there and pick up a carbine.
What do you guys do when you repeat buy?

Make sure you have your current club membership. I was lucky I had mine on me when I bought at the North store.

Bring all docs just in case... I have never had to show them but you never know... post pics and a report when you return!
