I don't, but if I did, I'd get a triangular bag that fits between the frame tubes.

ETA: Here's an example - a small handgun should easily fit in there.

No different than my normal carry. Glock27 in a CTAC at 12 o'clock.

triangle inside the frame. it fits most full sized pistols..
way too many crazy ass rivers out there to go unarmed.
been ran off the road 2X for no reason, and i do not even bike that much!
