Dearest ARFCOM, I request some help.

Theres about 50 cans of Bud in the fridge downstairs, all bearing a born-on date of April 26th, 2006. To my knowledge they have all been at fridge temp since they probably arrived here.

Now, will I suffer any ill-effects of drinking old beer?

Forgive the potential noobness but I have never been faced with such a daunting situation!

I think you'll suffer side effects drinking ANY beer made buy AB.

They're going to sellout next week, bunch of fucking cowards.

I started drinking Rolling Rock and it's by far better than any of the Busch brands.

Fucking sellouts..  Mail that shit back to them.

Heh, I remember reading something a month or two ago about when the buyout was proposed, and AB stated adamantly that they will NOT sell out.

Too bad the guy running the show there is a fuckup of mega proportions.

InBev, the Belgian beer Conglomerate last I heard after AB rejected their bid was going to attempt a hostile takeover which means AB isn't selling out.

News today indicated that AB is now in talks with InBev, after InBev upped their offer by another $5.  There may be news on an agreement by the end of the weekend.

Indeed. I don't think he was going to get to the most obvious conclusion on his own, so I helped out.

So do I need to go down to AB in St. Louis and sit on top of the Kegs with my scoped AR?

I'll do it!

Other than the standard shittiness of Budweiser?  Nope.

Rolling Rock is a Busch brand. Has been for a at least a couple of years. It's pretty much Bud in a green bottle.

I really hate to burst your bubble but, Rolling Rock is owned by AB and currently bottled in New Jersey.  AB closed the LaTrobe brewery. Samual Adams bought it.  Sorry.  I'm a Rolling Rock drinker too.
