what i question is why give the FUs 3 times to screw up? also the 3 times only applies to the time they are caught. you have know way of knowing what they got away with before they got caught. i also belive in the punishment should fit the crime but thats another story. |

| I would be more supportive of such a law if the felony designation was actually meaningful, i.e. restricted to crimes that cause significant harm to other individuals. However, with things like "having a hidden compartment in your car" being a felony, I cannot support such a law. |
