Just started the fire  4.26 a little late . going for pork ribs  ham chicken sausage and beef brisket.  For three people this is insane A day off i could still be sleeping but the quest to burn meat lives on !

no pics yet just got the first diet coke down.  I'm kinda just cleaning out the freezer last night it was crab cakes today barbque!

Char-Broil silver smoker. A couple of simple modifications and these things work great.

got the beef and ham on at 5.45  245 deg looking for 5pm dinner got the basteing sop ready and will put the ribs on about 11 and the chicken about 1 deer sausage about 4 and the baked potatoes about 3
