Hi

Are these any good?  I know they are more like stretched AK's than real dragunovs, but how do they compare to the real dragunov in terms of accuracy?  Are the worth buying?  Any good/bad experiences with them?  Ive looked for info on ak-47.net, kalashnikov.guns.ru and some others, but i cant find much.

since no one else has jumped in here is the gun store gossip i have heard. I've looked but never fired one.
The real draganov is supposedly not THAT accurate. 2 moa was common. I doubt the romak copy is any better. I have seen several of the soviet drag. rifles in some local stores and they all seem well made. Optics are OK but not what i would call GREAT.
There is my hearsay so take it for what it is worth. If you want a dragonov you can get the real deal for around 2000.00 and it will have resale potential. The romaks at around 800.00 will be worth that or less as time goes on.

Drags are accurate with the right ammo. My advice: save up for an svd or at least a Tiger hunting carbine. More accurate than the Romak.

Mine would shoot an 1 to 11/2 if you checked the run out on the rounds. It would do it for three shots and then you would have to let the barrel cool 20 minutes. If you shot more the group would walk around.
