Has anybody heard of this? www.magicjack.com I heard about it listening to the Clark Howard show & thought I would give it a try. |
Yeah, essentially the same sort of thing as Skype, but its similar to a thumb drive, you can take it with you to any computer. The software is simply a phone keypad, none of the extra crap skype has. Its also a lot cheaper than skype, $20/yr. unlimited calling, voice mail, caller ID, etc.. |

*Update* Recieved it last night ,plugged it in & got a dialtone in less than minutes & made my 1st phone call. I will have to try another handset phone & see how the outgong voice levels are. The one im using was pretty beat up & in a box of junk from the closet. So far not bad! |
