I have a question a friend of mine found that someone placed a web watcher monitoring system one that you buy to see where there kids go on his computer. He asked me if it was legal and I told him I did not think so. So what I want to know is are there anything I can show him case laws or articals cause I think he knows who did it and I'd like him to have this info to back up the person when he confronts them |

Is it his personal computer or is it his work computer issued by his employer? If it's his personal computer, how did someone install it on there in the first place? If it's his wife, he can get mad and divorce her, or he can remove it and put a bios password on the system. If it's his computer at work, tough shit. |
