I am going to be making some this weekend and wanted some ideas for something new to stuff them with.

Something like this, but different, these were cream cheese and little smokies.

Perhaps some diced tomato and chipotle?

Chopped brisket with bbq sauce?

Spiced chicken and enchilada sauce?

Cream Cheese and bacon stuffing, then wrap with bacon.

Also like cream cheese with smoked salmon.

that sounds tasty but for me, more than two jalepeneos = bathroom explosion

Cut them in half long ways, then mix cream cheese and shredded cheese (may have to warm up cream cheese) and fill open half. Top them with small cornflake bits and bake.

Stuff with creme cheese, shrimp, pineapple, wrap in bacon and put in a smoker for 3 hours...
