My guess would be a crazed & WAY under-trained BLM JBT defending himself from what he took to be a threat of "death or severe bodily injury" from the unarmed rancher whose cattle he was stealing. But thats just a guess. echo6 edtid to add, if he pulled the trigger he would of cut the snot out of the thumb on his right hand[spank] |
| Why didn't the guy get an injunction to stop his cattle from being sold until the thing went to trial? Also, are BLM agents employed by the government? If not then (as far as I know) it's illegal to draw a gun on someone who is not a threat like that. This seems like a kind of screwy story. |

That "Cop" would be well advised to adequadely grease the muzzle of his pistol if he were to pull it on me in such a manner, it would ease his discomfort when I shove it up his ass. I am not kidding. You folks in the East have no idea how bad the property rights issue has gotten in the west, with the "Green Nazi's" infiltrating all the federal land use agencies (USFWS, BLM, USFS, ETC). Ed |

Well, you can plainly see that one guy is a radical right-wing militia member. Just look at his hat. The bullet holes in his sleeve indicate that this photo is out of context, and he just surrendered after a prolonged shootout with federal authorities. Which I'm sure he started. That cooler in the back of his truck do doubt contains either enough smallpox to wipe out the entire population of the USA, or else $100,000 worth of black-market organs taken from murdered children. It's all perfectly justified. |

Doesn't this guy keep the mag with one round in it in his shirt pocket? And apparently, if you were protesting, they were taking your picture. For the FaceIt software? (Methinks I need to go re-block my tinfoil cover[BD]) Having carried a pistol for a living, I believe that this BLM fellow should be thrown in jail for reckless endangerment, and aggravated assault. There Is No Excuse. |

You are all missing the point. The owner of the truck is wearing a US flag hat. Therefore he must be a Superpatriot/terrorist. Obviously the LEO in question is taking the correct action in response to our war on terrorism. Either that or he is a complete MORON. You Decide. |

The rancher is a symbol of a bygone era of American history. Anyone who believes they can raise cattle or any other livestock without outside intervention surely has other ideals of a country from long ago and are anti-government militia-members. These types need to assimilate, dress normal, get a job at a dotcom and buy a japanese car or face the consequences. No longer will we allow these hicks to flaunt their "cowboy" image and bring embarassment to our diverse nation in the eyes of the world community. MEAT IS MURDER! |

And people wonder why we are fearful of our goverment? Officers like this are the reason people take up arms against our goverment. Does anyone know if any action was taken against the officer. An armed BLM is ridiculous they have been fuc$ing up Nevada for sometime and it is about time som elight was shed on their ineptness. (sp) Ropes |
