Is it just me or is it that whenever you have the money and are looking to buy something from the EE it isn't available but as soon as your money is gone 3-4 people are selling the item you want at a better price than you could of hoped for?

Yea for like 3 weeks. When I didn't have the money someone guy IM'd me w/ one available. As soon as I have money again none are to be found!
