Does anybody of know a site that does free virus scans. I was using trend-micro but it no longer works.

It just no longer runs, on my machine. The home page comes up but the scan will not run

Curious what you mean by no longer works? No longer works for what you want or not catching the virii?

Trend has a "House Call" on it's site. It doesn't remove the viruses - but it provides the patch for you to remove.

try AVG, just do a search for "avg free"

I also say go with the free AVG. It's good stuff.
