Thats odd - the poll seems to not be working right.

My opinion is that we have a legal system that occasionaly an honest man can get justice but the principal group that benefit are in order of benifit:
1. The players (judges,laywers,clerks)
2. The government
3. Criminals
4.  Honest Citizens

The poll will allow you to select multiple choice - but you cannot VOTE for multiple choices - only one.  I've never seen that before.

Never talk to the police!  Ever!  Even if you are innocent!

More or less. I'd put government in the #1 position, however.

I think the players and the .gov are one and the same.

You need to add one more category.  Taxpayers.  We get fucked by the system win or lose.

Not really...
It's sad when the Judge/DA/Defender all go golfing and decide the case then the trial starts......

The goverment uses the court system to enrich power while the players use it to enrich wealth

How about this:

Criminal gets hauled into court, and can't afford an attorney.  Taxpayers pick up the bill.

Same criminal can't afford bail, and waits for trial (sometimes years) in jail.  Taxpayers pick up the bill for food, medical, and housing.

Local police dept. gets overzealous and no-knocks the wrong house.  Killing off all dogs, tearing the front door off, and terrorizing everyone inside.  Homeowner sues, and taxpayers pick up the tab, including attorney fees for defending the .gov.

In theory the Judicial system is not the same as the LE system

Alright, name one case where this has happened, and if it has happened what was the outcome of the judicial discipline?

Negative. I only have a role to play because the .gov has to have someone to play it. They'd prefer to dispense with my role entirely if they could. I think that the additional category of "Taxpayers" is covered by "Honest citizens." Remember, some of the players are honest citizen taxpayers too.

Scary but true!
