Ran across this yesterday. A "car full of weapons" is one AR-15, one 1911, and three knives. When combined with "171 rounds and 3 cartridges" it turned into a small arsenal. Marine/Mexico Unfortunately, this guy is in aheap of trouble.... local federalis have alreadu sold his stuff to the local drug dealers. |

I wonder how many more Americans will be sacrificed by George W. Bush to the altar of Mexico. How many BP agents are in Mexican prisons right now? How many cops/ranchers/regular guys have felony convictions in Mexico for crimes that have no corresponding offense in the US? (i.e. loose bullet in the truck in Mexico + nosey cop = felony conviction and deportation back to the US and loss of FFL or LE certification) Now we have a soldier that is about to get gang-raped by the Mexican Justice System & Taqueria. |
Throw in another rifle, another handgun, two more knives, some more ammo and sometimes a suppressor or two and that's what I've got in my truck most all of the time. |
Are you surprised by that? The media blows everything out of proportion-every Hi-Point is an assault weapon, every dog bigger than 20 lbs is a "pit bull", and every type of ammunition is "armor piercing". They demonize anything they can, because people whipped up into a frenzy of fear and ignorance of reality are easily manipulated by fear, yet there are people on this board who believe everything printed about something they're personally fearful of, but are distrusting of the SAME source when the subject is something they aren't fearful or ignorant about.

What a load of absolute fucking nonsense. |
I concur with your succinct assessment of the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and State Department with regards to their abject refusal to assist American citizens that are habitually railroaded by foreign nations. |

I met up with a fellow arfkommer a few years ago to go to a shoot. He's a retired gentleman with a very low post count. That's because he's busy reading, researching and building fine rifles. So I had my A2 AR and SAR1, with a case of ammo for each in the trunk. He loaded up a very nice MK12Mod0 he assembled himself, a very nice M40 clone, a very nice M40A1 clone and a couple other nice ARs. With plenty of ammo to go around. I told him if we got pulled over we would be making the local news at the very least. And if things went bad enough we'd get national attention. I mean, crap!, my Dodge Intrepid had a loaded trunk and the back seat was loaded to the windows. With two of us in the car we absolutely had no more room for even one more person. ![]() Just think what the mainstream media would have to say about that! |
If I was in CO I would ask if I could come along and shoot too. Max |

As we all know journalists are the absolute intellectual dregs of society. They are at the very bottom of the effective intelligence heap. Interestingly they see themselves as high IQ and smart. The fact is they are so damned dumb they don't even know they are dumb. Nothing new to see here, keep moving. |
No, what you posted is bullshit. How do you know they aren't assisting him? This incident would have gone down the same regardless of who was President, even Reagan. Your insistence on blaming Bush for everything borders on lunacy. |
