How is the salary of an Insurance Agent determined? This guy is never at his office! I tried to reach mine today and his secretary said she had not seem him all day. The reason I'm asking is, that my rate went up 16%. Thing is it happened last year and I went in and the Agent fixed it. Here we go again! I haven't had any tickets or anything in 3 years. American Family Insurance sucks big time and the agent too, never in! OMJ |
| I've never had insurance with any company but American Family--vehicles and home. The three agents I've had in the past 35+ years have all been excellent. I'd suggest a call to the home office and a demand for a transfer to a different agent. The company is good, but I don't know of a company that has 100% perfect employees. |
