Isn't that SSgt Mejia a deserter that lives in Canada now? ETA: They're spot-on about the GI Bill from my personal experience.  ETA2: I'm watching this while responding, and so far all I see is a bunch of disgruntled ex-Soldiers or ex-Marines talking about stuff that I heard every day while enlisted. ETA3: I understand the anti-recruitment motivation behind the producers of this "movie" but I can't fault these "Been there, done that" former enlisted personnel that are airing their personal grievances. They don't appear to be lying or inventing stories because a lot of it coincides with things I've seen, experienced or heard myself. It's a one-sided production, but that's to be expected with almost everything these days. I don't think this video is particularly offensive or will dissuade anyone from enlisting that wasn't already tentative about enlistment. |

| Couldnt watch much of it. Stupid asinine shit. The army medic who said "we didnt want to go, we didnt have any aspirations of going to Iraq" Well, dumbass, you joined an all volunteer force and then found out that being in the military means sometimes you get to go to war. Fucking idiot. |
