I use Livemeeting several times a week. Just add a webcam to the PC and a microphone if you don't already have one.

Polycom has a test address on a video conference bridge you can connect to. (Its for testing new installations.) But I can't find a link to it right now. The IP is programmed into our video conference units at work.
Sorry but that's all I have.

Funny you mention Polycom. . .
I've already looked at their Austin, TX lobby. And the "Duke Bird". And a feed of the Weather Channel from a location in Madison, WI.
