They were supposed to deliver a package today.  I called this morning to make sure the package was loaded on the truck.  Cust representative said that they had called the facility, and yes the package has been loaded.

No package of course.  I call up, and now they claim that the driver "discovered" that the package wasn't on the truck after all.  Oddly enough, the driver didn't knock to at least apologize  In fact, I didn't see the truck at all

Monday, I call corporate.

If I could get the phone number of the FedEx guy who runs this ground facility, I'd call him right now and tell him to send someone down to deliver it.

I'm still waiting for IOinc to ship my shit via fedex 2-DAY AIR.. and its been almost two weeks and nothing has made it to my place.. I'm pissed

FedEx Ground is actually RPS. Remember them? The market place didn't squash them, it morphed them into FedEx Ground

FedEx Ground runs on Mondays, but not FedEx Home Delivery.  Instead, they run on Saturday when Ground doesn't.

Fedex Ground isn't supposed to deliver on Saturday
