I usually pick up a "Guns and Weapons for Law Enforcement" magazine now and again when I go to wallyworld. Oftentimes upon flipping through the pages I see ads for diazepremanolizone (totally made that up, but its similar to that ) which is advertised as steroids, touting increases in body muscle and fat burning.First of all, does this stuff work, or is it as snake-oily as Enzyte? I guess it makes sense that cops who read gunrags like this would want to be strong and ripped for their line of work, you know, manhandling perps and whatnot, but everything steroid-wise I have read about since I was young was given with a warning, "Your balls will shrink," or "It's illegal". Seems like if getting big were as easy as supplementing your workout with juice pills, everybody would be doing it. Am I right, or am i missing something here? |
Yep. Unless your placing an order for something from Europe or possibly Pakistan or India. Then its probably real. But you wont find it advertised in the back of any magazine. |
ETA: I used to have a friend that would inject Steroids in his Butt Cheek by placing the needle up against his skin and backing into a wall.

Yep. And those gym rats get their stash from ordering it online from overseas. They will pack it VERY strange sometimes. I have seen steroid pills shipped in sealed CDs and Floppy disks that had to be ripped apart before you would even find the pills. Many of these 'places' will ship from pakistan. ETA- I have also seen liquid test250 shipped hidden inside stuffed animals. |

The neat thing about them getting away with those ads is that they intentionally spell the steroid name wrong - add an extra "a" or something, and now they're not advertising an illegal substance, but some totally made up bullshit that will only liberate your money from you. Go to the gym and do a WestSide routine and eat right. I do find it humorous that they're advertising in police mags though. |
I used andro for about 6 months and I did notice a difference in being able to recover faster from working out. I did start to break out in pimples though. Is andro still OTC legal |

There are many oral steroids that are still on the market, most of which are methylated and hepatoxic. From what I understand the illegal injectables are much safer. I hang out on bodybuilding.com, and there are many cops who use steroids, both the legal oral compounds and the illegal injectables. |
No, its not BS. There are still oral steroids on the market. There are gazillions of them on bodybuilding.com. The compounds are slightly altered from the ones people inject, but they are steroids and they work. |
No, my friend you are wrong. The compounds are slightly modified from injectable steroids (in most cases), but they are still juice. Usually, they are much more dangerous that injecting straight testosterone or something else because they stress the liver. The FDA is in the process of taking down as many of these companies as they can. |
There are no legal anabolic steroids... oral or injectable. Anabolic compounds are illegal by their nature, not their delivery method. If you don't want to go the illegal route for real steroids, the only thing remotely close would be a non-anabolic compound with potential anabolic properties... ie. CTD Labs Trenbolen, Supervol, etc. products. You can read up on them at their website. Everyone I know that has tried these products have seen some increases in size, strength, and muscle hardness... though nowhere near the effects of real anabolic steroids. |
Just to clarify - this is for the U.S and only if you don't have a perscription. For our brothers in Canada and the U.K. personal use and possesion is completely legal. |
I didn't say they were legal, I said they are still on the market and the FDA is going after them: http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/15797601/detail.html They are steroids.... they are less potent than the injectables and they are more dangerous, but anyone who says these things are steroids doesn't know what they are talking about. There are biochemists on bb.com who have analyzed these things and they are steroids. |
Yep... thanks for the clarification, though I didn't know gear was legal in Canada without prescription. If you can get a prescription, I'd go the HGH route anyway. |
