Easy way to think of it...

You wouldn't write "thousand's of examples"... you would write "thousands of examples."

as in "myriad examples"


but if you were to say "a myriad of examples", I would indeed stab you with a pitchfork.

There is no need for apostrophes indicating a plural on capitalized letters, numbers, and symbols (though keep in mind that some editors, teachers, and professors still prefer them).
