Rule 1) must be a gun you own.

Rule 2) Enjoy.

Oly Arms CAR-15 I want to get an A2 upper for it, and a quadrail for the CAR upper.

Marlin .22 mag. Bought new for $75. Bushnell 3x9x50 illuminated dot reticle bought new for $19.

Don't know why I like it so much, it is just plain fun to shoot

It is my current favorite gun to shoot.

Thank you. I had to look high and low for that one. It's full of Ed Brown parts now.

I'm partial to my beater, an SAR1.  It also is grat for keeping Fudds away at the range because it ejects 10 feet sideway.  Brass shower = Range trip free of Fudd interference.

On the right.

As I acquired it, in factory-original configuration.

Currently sporting a number of self-mods, including a drop-in beavertail, S&A magwell, commander hammer, extended thumb safety, and Wilson ultralight trigger. (No pic of current config avaiable right now...)

I love my 20" barreled Bear Gun I call it "Old Painless" it is a Remington model 700 XCR chambered in .375 Remington Ultra magnum. Yes that is an EO Tech on top of it! It's my CQB bear rifle... It weighs a little over 6 1/2 lbs and will knock an elephants dick in the dirt!

Hmmm... think I might want to change my vote to my new Colt Commander (1991/S80). Just picked it up today, and been playing around with it tonight (stripping/cleaning, running dummy rounds thru, etc).

I think I like it better than my S70 Gov't arleady.

Definitely need to take it to the range ASAP.

My Glock 20.  I purchased this gun used (and near virginal) less than a year after its October  1994 creation date.  I've carried it pretty much daily since I got my CHL.  I've shot thousands of rounds through it and have had but one FTFire which had to be an ammo problem.  It is as accurate as any gun I have ever fired- it is more accurate than I am capable of being.

The finish is mostly worn off the edges and partly worn off on the sides of the slide.  There's the big mystery dent in the top left edge.  There's even a mild notch worn in the trigger guard from the retention button of my holsters.  Character.

That is beautiful.

When I look at it, it makes me think that this would be the gun the hero would use, in some strange sci-fi, retro futuristic western. If that makes any sense at all.

Its really a toss up between that and my AR. They both have their amazing qualities.

One of my favorites I own (I really love all of them) is this .221 Fireball...

It started off as this Stevens .223...

And after I added a Adams and Bennett barrel, new trigger and stock, @ 100 yards it shoots a 5-shot group like this .....

ETA: that group is with handloaded 50 gr Nosler bullets, Hodgdon Lil'gun powder.

nothin says lovin like the big boom from a .44mag hogleg. sure there's bigger hand cannons out there but this is all i can handle for extended sessions and still maintain accuracy.
