I think they would trade 1 for 1, until the Dead Commies started turning into Zombies. Then there would be trouble.

Commies would weather the zombpocoplypse well.

Infected town? Encircle it and kill everyone fleeing out.

Situation getting out of hand? Nuke the city.

Commie governments are not afraid of making those hard nasty choices like western nations are.

Communist government would have to plan everything out.

They're too limited in their command structure and because they are against independence wouldn't be able to handle the loss of a few key people to infection.

Zombies for the win.

Then again...what really is the difference between zombies and commies? What they eat is all I can come up with.
