Examples;

Co-pay? Deductible? PPO? Etc.

Mine;

$15 co-pay, $20 emergency room fee.

No deductible. 100% covered within Network, about 80% out of network.

I have a primary care physician, but the insurance will be switching to where I won't need a primary doctor nor will I need referrals any longer.

I have crappy insurance because I'm a student and self insured. $2500 deductable but pays 100% copay after that. I get a good discount on the "in-network" prices which is also useful.

I had about the same as the OP till I went part time at work to go back to school.

I went on my wifes insurance, and to be honest, I'm not sure how good it is.
