by those who have experience with Strayer Voight/STI .45's.

how are they as far as reliability/dependability/longevity?

i saw a used one the other day, selling for $1300 with 6 hi-cap. mags...looked good, but the "slack" between the slide/frame seemed a bit "loose". Guy said he had about 2000 rnds. through it.

I don't know much about these "plastic" framed 1911's...could use some good advice.
