I think I know why I'm gaining a little weight. Both dinner pics tonight look very anemic on the portions.  That one looks good except for the taters, which look a little runny. I'd mix a little horseradish into them, then add a huge gob of Land-O-Lakes butter. Salt and pepper to taste and declare it edible. Overall, I give it a 7--but only because I LOVE broccoli.

Horseradish in mashed potatos, sounds tasty. I'm gonna try it tomorrow night. Dinner pic: 7/10, potatos look like out of a box. Meat and veggies look pretty good. |
Guinness was my first beer ever, it was a fresh batch as St. James' Gate brewery. I just had the sam adams left over from some beer brats i made last weekend |
