I did that a few years ago, minus the AK... Had one of them 'dresses' that the men wear, a turban, big fake glued on beard, and a black suitcase with blinking lights.

Thought it might have been just a tad inappropriate this year. [bounce]

I dressed up in a KKK costume for a church Holloween party.
I was young and honestly thought along the lines of horror as the `why', it did not go over to well.
FTR I loathe the KKK, then and now.

my friend dressed as the envelope too!
except it was a hit...takes all kinds i guess, but maybe NYers just have a better sense of humor!!! [;D]
