Our camera is older, slow to boot up, slow between pictures, and kinda clunky.
It's time to replace it.

I'd like to get one of the smaller ones that can fit comfortably in a shirt pocket.
Rationale being that an easy-to-tag-along camera will get used more.

Don't need a crapload of manual adjustments; we're point and shooters.
Fast boot time, fast recovery between pictures, and a minimal shutter lag would be refreshing.

And of course, it has to take good pictures.

Thanks in advance for the help.

You may try posting this in the photography forum in the general discussion so it doesnt get lost in all the posts
