I used to hear all kinds of great stories on how the military would publically disrespect the POTUS McKlintock like doing an about face and saluting the flag instead of the POTUS.

Marine One helicopter guards and sloppy salutes or none at all while the POTUS was boarding....

There should be a whole website dedicated to this topic.

I have to agree, that if any military unit did not render proper honors to the OFFICE of the President of the United States, it would discredit the service more than Bill.  I am glad to hear the story is false.

BTW, I think I heard that BILL did not return salutes.

Maybe not always, but I recall seeing him salute.  I remember feeling nauseated.
