So I know child porn is fucked up. But if a 17 year old girl sends topless pictures to my computer, and i am 17, could i get busted for child porn? Should i burn my harddrive? This is all theoretical. ETA: I dont have guns, but ive got skis. And a 360. So you can dib on those. :) |
Go to fbi.gov and ask the same question. I hear they'll scan your computer remotely, um, for viruses. Yeah, that's the ticket. It's a free virus scan.

One of the greatest (I use that term loosely) trolls was a kid named Foxx that was like 14 or 15. There have been kids on this site for a long time. You dont need to be a certain age to own a gun so why would you have to be a certain age to talk about them? |

Yeah. Well sorta. I avoid skiing groomers with a passion. So an average day is 10% groomers, 90% either back country or steeps. There are fine for that. Little sketch though carving on ice. They are too soft for that |
Mine are too soft for groomers as well. That's why I need the Gotamas! We are just now getting enough snow that we can start skiing back country terrain, so I have been feeling the weaknesses in my soft skis as I have been cruising the groomers. |

In Arkansas, like most states, the legal age of consent is 16. I can take a 16 year old chick, and do the nastiest of nasty things to her. I mean I can bang her in the ass and wipe it off on her face as I blow a load up her nose. But if I take pics of her ass I"m going to jail. Seems stupid to me. |
Me thinks the logic is: If under-age porn is created, even of one's self by one's self, then it will "supply" the "demand", thus it is bad. Me thinks it is same logic as: If you grow your own dope for personal use, you still however will be able to sell it, thus supply the demand. |

The age of consent generally isn't face value(age value)... When they are under-18, usually there is some age gap that is legal. An 18-19yr can bang a 16yr (FL)... But, if a 30yr does a 17yr, then he is in trouble. i wana say its 4yrs in FL, but don't quote me on that. |

I was seventeen when I joined the Army,and raped at 18 while in Korea ! But I sure wouldn't want to press any charges. It was really great fun had by all. It really made it hard when I got back in the states,cause the first piece I had was really great ,and I thought that you had to pay to play. That really screwed me up because it took me twenty more years to understand that you do indeed have to pay to play! Bob
