Larry Stewart Every year around Christmas here in KC Larry Stewart dressed up as Santa and gave away his fortune to people on the street a $100 here a couple $100 there.. To the tune of 1.3 million dollars. It wasnt a tax deduction and he did it all anonymously. Recently Larry Stewart died of cancer and came out as he was the Secret Santa. His legacy however lives on through an organization secret santa world His story is here... Secret Santa When I think of heroes and people that I look up to I think of this man. Im sure some here will have negative thoughts. My intent was not to illicit these negative thoughts but to maybe introduce a different way of looking at things. In the Christmas spirit I hope folks here will appreciate this story and reflect upon it with maybe their own lives and their general outlook on people in America. Merry Christmas |
