So I have some extra money burning a hole in my pocket right now. I have a 6920 I was planning on "pimping" out (CRT, Aimpoint, LaRue, ect). I have enough coin to do all the mods I had planned for the carbine. However I have also had an itch to get a good AK since I sold off my WASR. I have my eye on a pristine Maddi (pre-ban) for $625. At the moment I can only do one or the other. What would the hive do? And since I know somebody will say it both is not an option. |

This is how I would spend it... provided I already owned at least one weapon. 1. Save a $1000 emergency fund. 2. Get completely consumer debt free. No credit cards or car payments. 3. Fully fund a long term emergency fund of 3-6 months expenses in a high yeild savings account. 4. Buy the AK, or pimp the AR - whichever will get you shooting more. |
