Lets see:

1).  It isn't at an airport
2).  It doesn't seem to be on display
3).  It is in a parking lot
4).  The plane appears to be too wide to taxi out of the parking lot
5).  If it could taxi out of the parking lot - there is nowhere for it to go

The large building is the Professional Master Energy Propulsion,  aérospatiale Master Energy Research Aerospace and Terrestrial Propulsion Institute - part of the Université de Paris X Nanterre.

It has an Aeronautiques program and publishes research in applied physics.

Naw..the first looks like a Century  fighter  [F102]  the one I posted is a MiG 21 at Jet Chevrolet in Federal Way Washington.

Nope, the first one is a Mirage III - it is in France, after all.   The intakes give it away.
