How many 1997 Ford F150 4wd Ext. Cab pickups were manufactured? Need some verfiable production numbers. |
| It's funny that you would ask for that particular year. Ford stopped making the "square" model late in 1995 or early 1996, and started producing the newer model in early 1996 (I had one fo the first ones that I bought in March of 1996), so you might end up picking up two years (or at least a year-and-half) worth of numbers. That said, call Ford... I'm sure they'll tell you. |

Yeah, trying to find out how many of that particular model were made for '97. It was the first year for the "rounded body style", but I thought you could still get the "squared body style" too. I figured there had to be a Ford nut around here that would know the answer. |

I know one could buy the square style on the 3/4 and full ton trucks, till they new heavy duty style hit in '98 or '99 IIRC. As for the square style in the half ton, that is not something I remember being able to purchase. |
