So do we need any documentation whatsoever? Can I get one that says I'm Buck Naked and live at 69 Beaver Place?

What good exactly is a muni ID card again? Why not just go to one of the many states that issue state ID cards - at least then you can buy guns, establish credit, open bank accounts, fly the airlines, cross into Mexico and Canada ... heck New York state is debating on giving out ID's now - and that's a big state with lots of illegals.

PS: thanks federal government for one, letting them in over the border, and two, preventing and blocking every attempt by the state to kick them out or keep them out for the last 20 years - republican or democrat alike.

I bet you'd have a much easier time getting a legitimate state ID if you already had this [il]legitimate ID from San Francisco.

Suki Mypinus

Jack Meoff  (always a classic)

Dick Marks

Dick Stains

I would go for a cool name that only gun buffs would get.....,  Troy Buis,  LaRue Rails,...

not something easy like Colt Python or Smith  A. Wesson.

And since the banks are required to accept this ID card to open a bank account, you can do all sorts of anonymous money laundering should you feel the need.

I may be wrong, but banks fall under federal jurisdiction with the FDIC insurance and all.

SF is a lost cause.

Yes, you are wrong.  Note this part of the original article:

Ammiano said banking institutions in San Francisco have signaled their willingness to accept the municipal ID card for the purpose of setting up accounts.

CTRs?  We don't need no stinkin' CTRs....

That sounds like an Irish R&B group, or maybe a sexy hamburger....

I'd go with Tater Rodriguez, I don't know why but it has a zing to it.
