OK How do I make Firefox work again?

I had Firefox open watching a Quicktime Video, I should have known better, because Firefox doesn't seem to like Quicktime, and crashes alot if I try to watch it, but anyway it crashed again, but it won't restart.  It's always just started right back up, but now when I try it, I just get the hourglass briefly, then nothing it never opens up, and it doesn't show up in the task manager eighther.  I double checked my Firewall to make sure it's not blocking it, and it's not, I even tried shutting down the Firewall, and it still won't work, I've tried turning the computer off, then turning it back on, and it doesn't work, I've even tried turning off the computer, and turning off the power supply, but that didn't work eighther.  How can I make Firefox work again?

go to getfirefox.com, download and install a fresh copy. maybe something got corrupted and a reinstall should fix.

I routinely use Quicktime under Firefox (though not by choice ). I would suggest you install the latest Firefox, and get the latest Quicktime plugin.

Firefox is the work of the devil.  Install Opera.

Or better yet, why not skip 4 months ahead and do a 32-pass zero of your drive for full effect.

uninstall Firefox

download Firefox (using IE)

reinstall Firefox

import bookmarks.html from the Firefox "organize bookmarks".
