I wanted to ask a question about M14/M1A's.  Found one......pre ban....... and the price is good.........

As I recall, towards the end of August the site admins decided to shut it down for good.  They had very little board activity, yet they still had to pay for the web space.

I liked that site too, but it catered to a small, specific crowd.  Case in point: when I decided to buy a Garand, I went there to do research.  After I bought it, I went a few more times for information about my rifle.  After that, I really had little need for it.  I still checked it once a week, but there was only 1 or 2 new posts per day.  Sometimes it went days without any activity.

Another reason for it's demise was that there was a much more popular M1 board out there known as Jouster.  Although it uses the older "tree view" (which I hate), it had much more information and activity regarding the M series rifles.  That site's URL is [url]http://www.jouster.com/CSP_forums.htm[/url]
