Will be having surgery next week and then recovering for a week or two.   Trying to stock up on reading materials and need some suggestions please.

I prefer fiction, and just to give an idea of what I usually enjoy, I have already read:

All of the Jack Reacher books by Lee Child
All of the Sean Drummond books by Brian Haig
Nelson Demille
Clive Cussler
W.E.B. Griffin (starting the Presidential Agent series)
Balducci, Metzer, Lescroart

Just finished Vertical Run....fast and fun read.

Have already purchased:
1st two Presidential Agent books by Griffin
The Pepperdogs

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

FINALLY !!!  SOMEONE else is going to read The Pepperdogs. I've been recommending the damn book for about 3 years.  Hope you like it.

Try any of the "Burke" books by Andrew Vachss

Almost anything by John Mcphee  (non-fiction) ...try "Irons in the Fire" or "Table of Contents"

Hope the op goes smooth.    Stay safe
