On Tuesday I got a door tag saying they tried to deliver something that required an adult signature at 12:35 pm. Now I don't know about you, but don't most people work 8-5, or something similar? Anyway, I call their number and ask if they could deliver it after 4 the next day, the bitch says they'll deliver it after 5, great. Wednesday, another door tag at 12:45 pm. I call again...talk to a different bitch and schedule for a Saturday delivery so that I'll be home ALL day. Today I come home....another fucking door tag, final delivery. I guess I'm lost here. Is there any communications between the (lack of) Customer Service office and the delivery site? Is it just lip service to the customers to placate them? I sent them a very colorful email covering all three delivery attempts and as far as I'm concerned they can send the damn thing back to whoever sent it. (Hell, I don't even know what it is I ordered). Frankly I'd rather have another company deliver it. Ok, now I feel better... |
