Kimber, Wilson Combat, and STI are the only ones worth looking at.

SVI will build you one for lots of pretty pennies.  (They share the frame patent with STI)

I have a 1st generation Kimber Stainless Polymer. The frame has the Kimber logo, but also has Bul M-5 Israel on it.
I think it is alright. I will be getting a STEEL Caspian Recon frame at some point, though.
The new Kimber polymers are NOT made in Israel. Which means you might be able to find accessories for them like memory pad grip safeties. The Bul M-5 uses a propriatary grip safety with 2 protrusions on either side. No other hi-cap, polymer frame uses this set up; to my knowledge.
