I remember reading that the instructor was a South African, those boys are some tough SOB's, I watched an episode on the national geographic about their Special Police TaskForce. Amazing.

Doesn't seem to be necessary stressors in training. Stress training along with cardio stress training is good that mess is ridiculous. I guess though if you were assault through an asshole convention it might help.
