Like the title says.

For dinner tonight: GOURMET Hamburgers and Hot dogs. Corn, a roll, peach.
Condoments: Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ sauce, Cholula hot sauce
To Drink: Beck's N/A and a water.
Utensils: GI standard knife-fork-spook kit (with napkin, salt, pepper and sugar)
Also starring: M9 (cond 1, Hogue grip) M16A4 (cond 4, Troy BUIS, EOTech on Larue mount, Tango Down VFG, issue Surefire and AN/PEQ-2) USGI 30rnd mag (25 M855, 3 M856, Magpul follower) Toughbook CF-74 (custom paint job), 1 rnd M855 5.56 ball, 1 rnd .50 cal API, 1 rnd 14.5 API, Force Lima Logo,  RPG-7.

It really cannot be overstated by how much this has altered the Dinner Pic landscape, forever!  How can *any* pic henceforth be scored *any* higher than an "8", if it does not:

1)  Come to us from the Sandbox, staged by one of our brave soldiers.
2)  Contain a RPG.

thanks guys... My cooks say thank you also because when I was being pickey on where they dumped the food and asked for the near beer they were curioius as to what was going on. They're very happy to have made that meal...

as for the RPG- dug it up a few days ago and it's been sitting in my room- I looked over at it a few days ago, looked at my chow and it hit me... (btw you guys should see the BRAND NEW mauser we just got in- I'd say a solid 95%)

and the M9... yep, she's pretty wore out- had no problem qualing with her though so I guess that's good right?

I'll have more pictures as I'm able to get them up- I plan to have my pictures saved online vice my comptuer like last deployment....

You'd be surprised...the guys we are supporting (see tacked thread) were outside sleeping on cots for like 6 months, just got into a converted garage, have no ability to prepare food etc. really humbles you.

But they are curb-stomping them some tango ass lately!


+1 on that, we do have it pretty easy over here this time- we fell in on a pretty well made up set of FOB's this deployment. Definately damn lucky of us... Building a FOB from the ground up like last time sucked
