So I was too lazy to cook tonight, but still wanted something better than take out and microwave crap.

So I went down to the deli,

Picked up a half a lb. of Maple Coated Turkey

half a lb. of Boars Head Bologna

Some American Cheese

Then I made a trip to the bakery and picked up a sourdough hero.

I came home and the process began of making myself a dinner sammich.



On the side we have some Kettle Cooked Mesquite BBQ chips, with a side of home made macaroni salad.

Yes, I love Corona.

If it were an Italian sub and you had a glass of quality whiskey or a good beer (try some Blue Moon, Dogfish Head, Guinness, Sierra Nevada, Sammy A's, etc), it would be a solid 10.

Most people like Sierra Nevada's pale ale.  My favorite beer of their is their porter.
